Plain summary. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form and send us on purpose.
1. Who we are
Real Marketing (“we”, “us”) is a marketing agency based at 55 Commerce Valley Dr W, Markham, ON L3T 7V9. We are responsible for the personal information handled through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which applies to us as an Ontario business.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
The contact form on this site asks for the following. Only name, company, email, budget, timeline and project details are required; the rest you may leave blank.

If you email or phone us directly, we hold whatever you choose to tell us there.
Information collected automatically
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising software — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no fingerprinting. We do not build a profile of you and we cannot tell you apart from any other visitor.
As with any website, our host records standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser user-agent) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs for marketing. See our Cookie and storage notice for the one piece of local storage the site does use.
3. Why we use it
- To answer you. A form submission is a request to be contacted, and we use it to reply, scope the work and quote it.
- To deliver work you engage us for, once you become a client.
- To keep the site up and safe, including blocking automated spam.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We will not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the contact form — if we ever start sending a newsletter, it will be something you opt into separately.
4. Consent
Submitting the form is your consent for us to use the information in it to respond to you. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@realmarketing.ca; we will delete what we hold, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
5. Who else handles it
We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. Each of these sees data only because the site cannot function otherwise.

Nothing else is contacted. The typeface and the JavaScript libraries this site runs on are served from our own domain rather than a public CDN, so loading a page does not hand your IP address to any third party.
Because some of these operate outside Canada, your information may be stored in or accessed from another country and can be subject to that country's laws. We otherwise disclose personal information only where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to work we actually did are kept for seven years to meet Canadian tax and business-record requirements, then deleted.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry email is held in access-controlled accounts with multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, banking details, health information, or government identifiers through the contact form.
8. Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw consent and ask us to delete what we hold;
- ask how we have used it and who we disclosed it to.
Write to hello@realmarketing.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will remove it.
10. Links to other sites
Our portfolio links to client websites and our social profiles. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site under someone else's policy, and this one no longer applies.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified by email where we hold an address for you.
